I have a casio classpad 330 and its screwed..wrong equations im getting and the teacher has no clue how to fix it..she just says to press the reset button at the back which does nothing to the actual OS installed. Ive tried downloading the latest firmware and i clicked RESTORE DATA by mistake..now i have all my old settings back and cannot update the firmware again..Does anyone know how to fix my casio classpad 330 to factory setting out of the box calculator? i really need help.

Latest firmware: OS Update for Ver.3.04.4000

In the U.S. the Casio help line is 1-800-435-7732 opt 6.

Casio customer support is usless. They don't have casio classpad 330 in there system.

In the U.S. the Casio help line is 1-800-435-7732 opt 6.
