Hello all, I'm new to everything worth knowing about calculator modificaton!
Just found this forum so I hope someone could help me!

I have a CASIO fx-9750GII and I want to put in some programs...
I don't know anything about programming so I would like to use some kind of PC software.
I have tried the FA-124, but it didn't work for me... When I go to Tool->model type there is not any
fx-9750GII option, just fx-9860, FX 7400/CFX 9850 series and ALGEBRA Fx series.
So I connect my device but the computer can't find it. I'm probably doing something wrong, so can someone please help me?

I appreciate some help!

fx-9750GII is based on fx-9860GII. So use this setting.

Sometimes the program says that there is "no more open file"... what does this mean?
i switched usb cable and connected it and it started loading when i pressed the connect button, but then it stops and says:

"Recieve error
Check whether Tool-Model Type is correctly selected.
Check for proper connection of the communication cable
Check that the port was correctly selected using Link-Communications

i checked that the model typer is fx-9860 as you said.

please help!

Do I have to become a member to download it fom there? :o
Can't someone just email the installation file to me? :P

EDIT: Don't mind, I'm downloading it right now.

But what is the next step?
Is it just to plug in the calc, press connect and drag a file into the window? xD
Which kind of files works on my calculator? (fx-9750GII)
Where can I download them?
How do I send them over, using the FA-124 program.

I have tried now, but when I drag the file to my calc it disconnects and says "memory full"

How can I empty my memory?

Or is there some way to import programs anyway?

Go to the MEMORY menu on your calc.
You should also optimize your flash memory - it may be fragmented.

EDIT: Don't care about this flash stuff - you don't have a hacked fx-9750GII (like me). :P

Ok, I have done that now :) And I even managed to put a game (pong) and a couple of programs on the calc.
But only g1r seems to work for my calc and almost every game is is some other format :( is there any way to convert the files?
And which is the best site to download games/programs from? Do you have any tips on a good game?

I don't know if I did it right but now it seems like I can import g1m/g2m files? I want to put g1a files also, is that possible?
I have imported a couple of games but some of them crash and say "dimension error", is it possible for me to easily solve this? :P

Hi! I have a problem and I hope you can help me, please!

I'm trying to download the txtread application into my calculator (fx-9860G) using the FA-124 from the link you posted. But when I click the connect button it shows this message: "A connection could not be established. Either the calculator is not connected or the connected calculator is not in the data receive standby mode". My calculator shows "Receiving... AC: cancel" so I don't know what to do.

Once I solve the problem (I hope so :P) and import the txtread.g1a file, how do I import text files? I don't know if I have to change the files type or something.

Please help!!!

FA-124 does not always convert correctly. Could you show us the code of the converted program?
