Hello,
I want to make a data acquisition system for the AFX 2.0 and store my data in the matrix. I wasn't able to do so using C so back to Basic.
I'm going to need to understand the working of Receive() and Send() commands.
I was able to get the Send() function working so I thought I'd share my findings with you:

If anyone knows how does the Receive() command work he could probably save me a day's work, so any help on this manner is more than welcomed.

I thinh you can only doing that in C.
You can send and receive in C on the afx,
and you can write numbers in the matrix.
There is no exact librairy to write into matrix in C, but you can open a matrix and write bytes into the matrix files.
With the programm 'touche', you can see how a matrix programm is done
You just have to understand were is the number of colums and lines, in which order are the numbers, what change between a martix with complex or without...

hi,
long a go i build a data logger for the CFX 9850GB+ based on an article published in circuit cellar magazine, and it's working fine.
you may find it useful.http://www.circuitcellar.com/library/print/1098/britti99/
