    Casio Classpad 330

Posted 03 May 2011 - 01:38 PM

Hello everyone, I have a problem. It does not seem that the classpad is capable of providing graph analysis information in exact value form. In other words, the information is displayed in decimal format instead of fractions. This is problematic when the decimal places are too many to fit on the screen.

For example in "Graphs", if you type 2.568x^3 and plot this graph; then when you press analysis, G-solve, fMin; the "xc=-7.7" and "yc=-1172.376" values are returned. I wish to know how to get the calculator to express these values as fractions.

Among many reasons, I need to know how to do this because the latest update to the TI-Nspire allows these values to be expressed as fractions, this gives the other people who are using the TI-Nspire a competitive edge when completing exams.

Thanks
