So, it might be possible to port the gameboy emulator for CP to prizm/9860?

The CPU architecture is only one component.
If you want to port programs from the ClassPad to the fx-9860G, there are a few more things to consider:
1) Adjust graphical user interface (Different screen resolution)
2) Adjust keyboard interface (Different keyboard layout)
3) Adjust syscall interface (Completely different OS)
Conclusion: Complete rewrite necessary.

Yes, but it wouldn't be as difficult as trying to port z80 ASM... so...
That's like saying that it is easier to turn Lead into Gold than bread into Gold because Lead is already pure. They're still both bvery hard.
