Urgent Help With Casio Fx-9860Gii

Unfortunately I cannot draw graphs on my calculator such as sinx, cosx, tanx. This has only occured recently as my calculator could draw these functions fine before.
Now if I try to draw any such functions a thick black line is drawn on the x axis of the graph.
Why is this?
Unfortunately I have a maths exam in a few days which requires me to use a graphics calculator. Can anyone help me resolve the problem?
Many thanks

A reset to standard settings should solve this problem.

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately, the graph still does not show the usual cosx and sinx graph.
The graphs now have horizontal lines going up in a step-like fashion. How do I change it back to looking like a curve?

-> The picture appeared scewed, like this:
| o | (a circle at your calculator)
|( )| (zoomed in)
| . | (zoomed out)
or a curve:
|~~~| (normal)
|~| (zoom in)
|---| (zoom out)

Anytime
Hi again,
Unfortunately, although the trig functions now work, if I try to graph e.g. x/50 the horizontal thick lines come up again, although the linear graph y=x works.
I have tried all the suggestions you have provided me with, however, it does not help with the graphing of functions like x/50. I have tried manually zooming in and out, but that does not work either.
I have another maths exam in a couple of days and so am worried that firstly this won't be fixed in time and secondly if it happens during the exam.
Kind regards
