Is it possible to "read" the system errors? What's the meaning of the "error" numbers?

As far as I know, there are no error codes.

For instance, if you run the following code:
Do
{0}
Do
LpWhile 1
LpWhile 0
And you don't have OS 2.02, then pressing [AC/on] will crash your calculator.

The error message reads:
System Error
...
Address(W)
Target=D047917A
PC____=00000000

Which should mean:
Failed write access at virtual address 0xD047917A with program counter value 0 (the PC register).
