Ok I've discovered how to read out the passwords from an AFX 2.0+ for various programs. All you need do is:
1.Firstly go into the program menu and write down the name (or remember the name) of the program you wish to find the password for.
2.Then go into the menu (not sure if that's necessary) and switch off the calculator.
3.All right now hit F1+ -> + AC at once to get into a special menu (I think it's that but I can't find my calc atm to check it - it's one of the two commonly known menus)
4. all right now you want to go into programs (I think) (again it's not difficult but I'll need to check it up
5. Ok now you'll be in a menu with various fields containing hex numbers, when you hit down the calc moves to a different record, These records corrospond ALPHABETICALLY to the names of the programs, the program names can be read from the first field provided you know how (If I remember correctly A=41 (it might be forty), and remember to count in hex as in 40~49 then 4A~4F then 50~59.
6. the second field (I think it's prefaced by I/N or something like that on mine) is the one in which the password goes. It can be read in the same way (I have a note somewhere of what the numbers and symbols all are but you can easily work it out by creating a test program with a known password and name containing the unknown symbols.
sorry to be so unsure about everything but I can't exactly remember (havn't done it in while and can't find the calc to check it)
