I want to convert a ti program to a casio program. Can you help me ?

There is no simple straight way to convert a TI program to a Casio one. You gonna have to find a programmer who could implement a comparable program.

What exactly does this program do? Similarity transformations?

Converting from Casio to TI is just as easy or hard as converting TI to Casio is.
