Store A Variable And Call Upon The Variable

I figured out the first question which is to create another program in which you jump back and forth between programs to store it. As for the second question, I didn't figure it out but I somewhat found a way to do it which is to create a super matrix and to make proper loops

 

Original Q1)

Is there a way to ask the user to enter a "variable" in which it stores it into mat "variable". I have a matrix in which I want to store it into any letter of my choosing. 

 

Original Q2)

Also another question, is there a way to run a loop in which variables are incremented. Such as in a for loop when 1->I is increment, mat A is increment to mat B etc...
