I want to buy the fx-5800p, but I need to know if it has power-off memory protection, i.e., can I resume working on the equation (or anything that I am in the middle of working on) when I power it back on after it times-out from several minutes of non-use?

I keep getting the runaround from Casio and they never answer my simple question.

Hi,

fx-5800P has 'power-off memory protection' feature for I think in COMP, PROG, some other modes.
