Hello everyone.

I have a casio fx-9750GII calculator, and I've upgraded it's firmware to fx-9860 based on a youtube video:

The update was succesful and all the functions work without a problem, that was around 2-3 years ago, turns out that since a month, when I try to graph any function, this error message appears : ERROR gama.

Link to download compress picture showing the error:

I don't know what's the issue here, if is any wrong configuration or something, so I need help solving this matter, thanks in advance.

PD : I'm from Cuba, sorry if my English is a bit weird :).

First I recommend a reset of the computer.

If that does not help, please give us every step you made for getting that error. It is important that we may reproduce these steps.

Thanks for the quick answer, when you say restart, you mean to press te reset button on the back of the calculator? Because if it is, tried, with no success.

The steps:

1 - Open the GRAPH menu.

2 - Insert a function for graph

3 - When press F6 for DRAW option, shows : ERROR gama

Ok, I've reset the calculator in the SYSTEM option, key sequence: F5,F6,F2 and it was fixed.
