when playing checkers, when you can jump the other player's piece, you cannot move any other piece.
this isnt very convenient when you actually trying to PLAY with some kind of strategy

the "forced move" is in the standard checkers rules... when you can eat a piece, you must do it...

yeah, you can use it as a stratagy to set up your opponent for devestating jumps, technically you can play without this rule, but its not as fun or challenging. ;)

Heya guys, I just wanted to let you know that Solitaire and Checkers have been updated. Download them from http://www.classpad.org as usual.

I improved the shuffle in Solitaire and fixed the way that you cycle througth the extra cards.

I also fixed two memory leaks in Checkers. I only had time to play a few games against the ClassPad, but I was able to finish each time. Please post here if you continue to have problems running out of memory.

These games are side projects from my regular work, so I don't get to commit that much time to fixing them. Please keep that in mind if it seems like I'm not immediately responsive to the bugs and requests you post here. Thanks.

Have fun!

Greg

Greg: I actually downloaded the new version of the checkers and solitaire today almost when they were uploaded.

Also I played checkers againts the Class pad and in the first game the class pad got out of memori, but that`s not importan because I actually play checkers only again my classmates :D

In the other hand the solitaire has a bug that the new version also has, when you tipe a card that is face down and you then tipe a in the card that is supossed to hold it , the car comes out whit all the cards that are above it, but it comes as it was (face down).

I founf that bug casualy, so I hope you can fixed it, and I hope you cant understand me because i don`t know how to explain it, but I will tell to Betoe so he can explain it to you

Hey there,

I've created Pyramid, a new game add-in that's now available on the ClassPad.org site. It's Pyramid Solitaire for the ClassPad. Download it and give it a try! Let me know what you think.

http://www.classpad....p?id=220&cat=22

Enjoy!

I saw this bug, but I think it's been fixed. Did you download it recently (within the last 6 months)? Did you download it from classpad.org? If you downloaded it from a different site it might be an older version.
