Could somebody clarify this for me please:

While messing around with Classpad manager/emulator I noticed that the Classpad intepretes fractional input (via the 2D menu), for example, 1 1/2 as 1 * 1/2, not 1.5 as intended.

What am I doing wrong ?

This isn't a major problem in any case, but a bit conflicting with "natural input of fractions" -sales hype. I personally hate the idea of having to convert anything to any other format manually, because of the possibility of "stupid-operator"-type of error.

Well, nothing is perfect.

I'm currently trying to decide on a new calc, between TI-92+ , HP 49g+ and the Classpad. The 49G+ and the Classpad certainly have N*more cpu-power and ram than the 92+, but I'v become quite fond of 92's big screen and qwerty keyboard, and general user friendlyness. Pre-owned 92+ plus's are also quite affordable.
