I think your friend must repair the CP or needs a replace (using the warranty obviously). Its like something is consuming a lot of current, maybe including when the CP is turned off.

Unfortunately if casio Costa Rica its like casio in M?xico, your friend will have some little problems :D.

I was reading an interesting article on the abel_martin site, and it says:
" Requisitos de alimentaci?n: Cuatro pilas alcalinas de tama?o AAA (LR03), con una vida media de unas 100 horas."
This mean that the life of the CP batteries are 100 hours.

I will post the link coz its about of the classpad history (its called classpad museum). Sorry, its in spanish, anyway if some of you want to translate it and have a doubt about it ask here B) .
http://www.educastur...spad_museum.htm

Personally i love history of this kind of stuff, like computers etc... :D.

yeah, thats right, CP is consuming current even when turned off.

My friend visited casio distributor (called Equitron) here in CRC and they tried some calcs they have and surprise, their calcs were suffering the same, so they called casio( I dont know if Mexico or USA) for consulting about.
My friend bought CP in USA, thats the reason coz he doesnt repair it in casio, but he is looking for those batteries.

Friend Betoe, no matters with spanish, that's my native languaje.

I want to sell my bike just for buy my own CP... then I'll ask you
guys a lot of questions! Do you need a bike??? ... just Kidding!!! :D
