Alot of the keyboard problems happened back in 2003. Old stock has got problems. However newer models, combined with a new ROM 2.0 (recently released) should solve the problem.

The Classpad is very poor for engineering.

Hello Andre, as you can see in previous posts, if you want a calculator for engineering DON'T buy ClassPad. It is a wonderfull piece of hardware, very powerfull, with the potencial to became the best of them all, but for the moment is not suitable for engineering. It doesn't even do Basen convertion !
I think HP is a better choice, although the keyboard problems. Besides all the capacities it also can handle SD cards up 512 MB, this means you can put all the existing software in a card and have it available in the calc at any time. I will also buy another calc and my choice goes to HP, but V200 is also a great calc. You should compare them and see what fits you.
Any doubt or question, you can put it here and i'm sure that people around here will answer your questions.

Regards

HP seems a great machine, and with SD cards
but many ppl have that keyboard problems :( have to see better. HP has lots of programs for engineering :o

too bad that Classpad doesn't feet :(
will continue with my 9950Gb for a while (more), have to see better ^_^

one question, what's the better way to solve 3equations with 3 incognits (unknow letters) ?
and it's possible to use for example a unknown letter like VA ?
(A is force, Splited in VA and HA )
