It doesn't all about new features of OS 3.0 but it does have some quite good examples  .
Statistic application is improved. You can now perform statistical test, distribution, confident interval from menu, with help text, with procedure from beginning to the result (very convenient!). Now, I have Userguide for OS 3.0, I try to upload but the file is so large (~13.7MB, or 12 MB even compressed by winrar). Vanhoa may show you the link but rightnow he has exam at school so you have to wait for sometime. If you have YM the I can send you the file.

KGB IS GREAT :D !!!
Example :
before
file: CP300ver020_Spa.pdf size: 27.625.718 bytes

after:
file: CP300ver020_Spa.kgb size:4.552.633 bytes

Softpedia write:
EDIT:
Unfortunately although its powerful compression rate, it has high hardware requirements (I recommend processor with 1,5GHz clock and 256MB of RAM as an essential minimum).

Many people are asking for the manual. Since now many forumners have already had the OS 3.0 I think the user manual isn't a secret any longer, and I hope this post will not be deleted. ^_^

Thanks for the link, but why in esnips? It requires registration, and an e-mail address. I can overpass this problem, but it is annoying.

I don't mean to complain, but i'd like to point out that there seems to be a small part of the documentation file that is corrupt or damaged, specifically the financial functions section (not entirely) and some other pages, i've tried to re-download but stilll, part of that file cannot be read.

has anyone else experienced something similar?

Yes, there may be some error in the file. I can't view from the last part of chapter "DiffEqGraph" to middle of chapter "Financial".

One major bug is that Casio v3.0 cannot evaluate integral of (x-4)*Tan((pi/48)*x) from 4 to 12. V3.01 seems to fix it.
