The ClassPad 300 Plus came with CD Rom CDCSOG432A01A with ClassPad Manager Version 2.2 Update, Limited Version, (Program-LinkTM) software that would expire in 30 days or after a limited number of uses.
Casio Tech Support was called at 1-800-634-1895 (in USA). It indicated that there supposed to be ClassPad Manager Software that would not have any expiry date or any number of uses. It directed me to called the Casio Part Service for a different CD Rom at 1-800-706-2534. This Casio service department confirmed that I had the correct CD Rom, CDCSOG432A01A; however, it stated that a Casio Edu should be contacted for some patch at 1-800-582-2763. There appears to be an answering machine.
Please, has anyone experienced this procedure or is there a better way to have ClassPad Manager properly obtained and working?

Hi,

Unfortunately Casio support for this great calculator is, well? can't be worst, so I'm not surprised about the result you got.

I don?t have my cd at a hand, but I?m pretty sure my classpad manager is not a demo. It?s a full single license (comes with serial number labels) and that's what you should got (unless there's a cheaper version of this calc for sale).

One way to solve it (given that you won?t get much help from Casio) will be looking for the serial on the internet (I?ve seen it somewhere when looking for something else).

Hope it helps.
