Hi everybody,
I am new here so sorry if I do not know much about the classpad. I was wondering how to get files onto my classpad 300. I know how to get addons onto it and have quite a few of them already, I have classpad manager and have tried using the manual but it doesn't help and I don't know how to get any other files (etc mcs, mls) onto my classpad. I don't understand even more how to get files like the zeldas demo below onto it as it isn't one file. Please help!

Hello!, and welcome to the UCF :D

-Install the Add-in installer and the CP Manager (both)
-when you plug your calc via USB port, you must see Windows XP searching for the drivers. let XP to do that, and when you see a dialog box saying that the driver haven't a windows signature or so, skip it. Now you have the drivers installed
- Start classpad manager, and right click. select exchange window
- Now you see two zones, PC on the right, Calculator on the left
- and two icons, one as a open book (means eactivities) and a calculator (means variables). clicking them, you alternate between eactivity mode and ram mode
-Eactivity files are on .fls format and the remaining data (variables, programs, add-in created files and so) are in .mcs.
-when you download a file, you take the PC side of the window and right click on "computer", then "add new image", and you search for a eactivity (fls) or a ram file (mcs), depending in what mode is the window.
-browse the file, open it
- you see that the file appears below "computer", double click and you see all the folders, you can drag these folders to the left side when CP is connected
-you can also drag individual files to the left side, opening the folder first (double click the folder)

hope it helps

Thank you very much. It helped get some programs onto my classpad but not all. How do I get the Zelda game that is mentioned on the below thread onto my classpad. And also I used a picture converter go make some back and white pictures for my classpad, how do I get them on because when I load them onto manager there is only main and library files and no picture file...

Main and Library are folders, not files. you just need to open these folders to put any file.

btw, use the Forum search engine.. This is a frequently asked question

The problem is that I add the mcs file to the manager but it only has a library folder and a main folder and they are both empty. I cant put anything over and if I try it says do you want to overwrite? I just recopys all data to my classpad and nothing new is there...

When you right click on Computer, do not choose Add New Image, choose Insert Existing Image!
