I just bought a classPad 330 and updated it to OS 3.03 and hasn't had any problems apart from for the summation function.

I tried to type in exactly the same as in example I on this link but all i get is an error message saying: "incorrect Number of arguments"
I have tried several different ways of using the summation function but i cant get to work

I have used the sum function on my fx9860 and got i working so it is kinda annoying that it wont work on the classpad.. so pleas help me !!!

I think the ''incorrect number of argments'' error you encountered is related to the way you entered the data on your cp. I've tried it (that same question/example)on my cp and the answer I got is exactly the same as the solution that they have there.I don't think it's a software issue.By the way, uploading the screen shot can give us a clear picture of what's going on.
