CASIO SF-4600B digital diary display LCD

Hi guys,
Could you help with the Casio SF-4600B digital diary screen? I opened the case, unmount the electronic card and cleaned the contacts and covers of display, etc. 
 
But the plastic of LCD pasted on rear of LCD it is stained or dirty and the letters in the display don't shows it clear.
 
How can I to take off and replace these plastic pasted in back of LDC, what type of plastic is?? Have something special characteristic??
