What is the limitation to the Engineer Calculators

which kind of programs or functions the engineer calculater cannot handle?
or what is the limitation of it?

The built-in programs have their own limitations - you can simply tell that by the functions they offer. Everything else is theory - since you can program the afx2.0 in assembler it is possible that everything a computer can do the calc will be able to do as well.
