Classpad 300:
  • How can i use binary, hexadecimal and octal numbers? I can't find it in the manual.
  • Where can i get programs and games?. English (and other caspaint and shedulers), like math and physic related programs?
  • Is it possible to download aditional languages (other than the pre-installed)?

  • Is TI-89 a lot quicker to solve DE's then cp300? I tried to solve y''+y'+3y=5xe^(2x). I waited for minutes, and had to restart the calculator, but my mates with ti89 did get a solution in about 5 seconds... But CP300 was a lot faster to solve 200! (compared to ti-89) ..

There is no native support for hex/oct/bin numbers on the classpad right now

There aren't many apps out yet either..

There hasn't been any additional languages released as of yet.. there might be in the future though
If you're interested in eastern european or asian languages, I suggest you contact the respective Casio department.. they might have info

It seems the CP isn't able to solve this differential equation.
The CAS system might still be a bit imature, and lacks some primitives.. when it doesn't find a suitable primitive, it just goes on forever trying to find alternate ways of generating a soluion.. eventually running out of memory. Hope this will be improved in later OS updates :)
For normal operations, that are covered within the primitives supported by the CAS system, the CP is usually much quicker than the TI

Quote from: http://www.geocities...ssPAD300MET.htm
"Calculates in Dec. Hex. Oct. Binary".

Is'nt that true? Well thats weird, because my old fx9750g can handle binary, octal, hex etc...

Thanks a lot for your answer!! :)

Hi guys, happy hollidays to all you.

This X-mas day i dont have nothing to do, then i make programs on my CP. I was making a program on the CP manager, all was ok. Then i copy one part of code(with no error of course, that part of the program works good) and paste it to another option that need the same code. But an "stack" error appear. What is that, why appear on that program?? I erase that part and no problem, i thought that it was a bug of the manager, then i do it the same on my CP and the same error appear.

Hi guys, i remember i read in one topic that we can call programs from the main app. in the classpad, is that possible or its was a dream or something like that, and how(if its possible)?

EDIT:

i think your dreaming...

Damn, but it was a beautiful dream. I would add this as a suggerence in the CP suggestions topic.
