What does it take to become an admin?

Who decides who's going admin?

And, what's the difference between admin and moderator?

What it takes to be admin:

In the past: Having a casio website (fully functional) with a visible link to the forum.

Today: Current admins decide if another admin is needed or if a member has such a great value that he deserves to be admin.

A moderator is limited in some aspects. Mainly he can't access the admin control panel and alter the forum or any rules and so forth. Still, he can mess with topics and posts, as in closing and moving topics and deleting posts.

I tell you something: As long as the host change isn't completed successfully and the new frontpage is up we won't bother with new admins. We are really aware of your ambition to become admin.
