    ClassPad 300

Hello,
Is there any way to define or create new symbols in a ClassPad by using some kind of Basic programming function? I know that older Casio calculators could define new characters using a bitmask. It is common in Engineering to use weird symbols, impossible to find in a tailored character map.

Thank you very much in advance

sorry, not right now at least. currently the Classpad probably is the worst graphing calculator for engineering, we hope this will be fixed in the future, but for now its probably going to be more conveiniant for you to use another calculator for engineering (i really hate saying that btw).

also, i feel compelled to ask because of your name... are you also a stephen king fan? :D

Sorry but that came from my heard, class pad really need caps because in engineering sometimes you really need to use some characters, because all the Greek letters already have the meaning and that becomes a problem.

it doesnt help to shout, we all know that the CP has little to no support for engeenering, but I think that this will be fixed when the developers have time... (and its best not to anoy the people you are begging to give you stuff :D )

until then Lucas.
