Matrix Program

Hello everybody, I will do a program very interesting that i will share to every one when it finish, but before that happend I need some help with this:

I need the commands to create a specific matrix and access to specific adrres of it, I need for explame that my basic program do this: Create a 3*3 matrix after that i want to read the value in the row 1 and the line 2 and then write other value in that place....

My program will grafic a 3d polygon especifecated by the user and rotate it.

If I understand correctly, that should be:
fill(0,3,3)=>z
z[1,2]
3=>z[2,3]
Is that what you were looking for?
