the link worked for me, I installed LNA on my CP but when i want to run it it displays me that it have no file, do you know about that problem?

What exactly are you trying to run? Try running examples in the directory LNAexamp, or more advanced examples in LNAdrive. You cannot run files in the directory LNA, since they are libraries.

How do I download a copy of LNA and how to use and program s/w?. I am new here and an initial search of this site I could not find info on LNA.

Well, since you have found LNA, don't forget to read the manual. It explains many things in detail. Using LNA without reading anything is a very bad idea; you may use LNA in an suboptimal way, or conclude that LNA is useless prematurely. :r-t-f-m:
