"Those commands are designed to interface with a computer - they are not compatable with each other if you're trying to do it calc to calc." (BradN)
"If you want to use them to communicate with the pc, check my website (http://users.pandora.be/gp/casio/). Check the section CasioIO or Information (you can also figure out why it doesn't with that information) For communication between 2 calcs, you can't use send() or receive(), indeed." (GP Productions)
We really should put our faq back up. Consult your manual for the parameters, but the above answers should be enough to turn down your interest.

As far as I know there is no way to communicate between two casio calculators. But you can always send programs in the link menu.

You cannot communicate with another calculator in a normal basic program you wrote on the calculator.
(The bottom line is: You will need to build a device that is receiving from one calculator and is converting the data to send to the other, or you use a computer between the calculators, or you re-program the ROM of your calculators...or...or...or).
Let's just leave it at the first sentence.

You can't communicate between two calculators via a program. the problem is that the calculator send with the send(-command a 5-byte handshake, but the the calculator with the receive(-command is waiting for a 7-byte handshake. So there will be a Com-Error.
I hope I didn't mixed up the size of the handshakes.
bye
