it takes only a few seconds.
i used normal numbers with one or two digits, eg 34, 55, 4, 56,99 ....
did you use complex numbers ? or show us the the exact matrix you have entered

OS 2.2 and older have severe problems with matrix handling, as far i know, OS 3 solve all these issues

No, I did not use complex numbers... I used numbers like 374214.6547, -343.6538956, -267217.6325... numbers of this order.
What OS version do you have?
OS 2.2 and older have severe problems with matrix handling, as far i know, OS 3 solve all these issues
Sorry, I don't know wath is OS...

if you didn't know this, its possible, that you have version 2.2....
but, you can test it, in menu -> system -> system (upper left corner) -> version(software) and write the number down...

Do I have to clear the old software? How can I do it? While I'm installing it always stops at "backup data" and I don't know why...

did you install classpad manager on your computer?
I've already install version 2.2, I don't know why I couldn't do it yesterday... Now, to install version 3.0 do I need a recent version of class pad manager?

I tried to install v 3.01 but it says : update is permitted from only version 3.00

you don't need a recent version of cp-man, 2.2 is ok....
there is an .iso - file in the package, i sent to you...
you have to burn this file on cd or emulate it (daemon-tools).
Then you load this cd und run die file on it.
this installs ver. 3.00 on your Classpad...
after that, you can install the update 3.01...
ok ?
