The ClassPad 330 supposedly has a much better display. (I have not seen it myself.) Many people find the display on the ClassPad 300 difficult to read.

The ClassPad 330 also comes with the latest version of the ClassPad OS installed. This is an upgrade for the ClassPad 300 which the user must pay for. The ClassPad 330 also has a little more memory.

330 Have OS 3 preinstalled and a WAY better display (that also have the 300 plus), contrast is fairly inproved over the old 300. I think also casio doesn't make the 300 anymore.
