Hi i Have just bought a classpad 330 today and i cant use the touch panel at al. I come to touch align screen but cant do eny thing there!! Please help me !

I Have tried to install a new os or something but i dont quite understand how ! When i cant even start the classpad

I assume you already tried replacing the batteries?

When you turn on the classpad, does anything show up on the screen?

Yes it asks me to touch the middle of the crosses but nothing happens when i do that !
(Im just a 17 year old studen in Sweden and dont Have a lot of money, and i Have bought it on a bankruptcy sale for just about 40 dollars and that where all money i had so i dont afford to repair it)

Hey, welcome to the forum! I think you over-trusted the second-hand thing... Did you test it when buying it? So it stopped responding all of a sudden or it didn't work from the beginning?
OS Update can be downloaded from casio's download site: http://edu.casio.com/dl . Run the OS update program; users say when the screen says "Select Link->Install->OS Update" etc etc, you should just plug in your ClassPad and turn it on.
But see if it's under warranty or not. Anyway there isn't much help we can do, so see casio-europe to know if there is a repair center in your country and ask them if they can repair it for an affordable price?

I bought of from a real store that were gona close so i cant return it to the store.
And it dident work at all from the beginning.

If the warranty is still valid casio may repair it for free...
