Hi, new here. Most of the scientific calculators in the market only have 3x3 matrix. Is there exist a scientific calculator that can handle 4x4 matrix other than graphical calculator? If not, how do you perform a 4x4 matrix on a 3x3 matrix calculator?

The casio prizm supports up to 999 rows and 999 columns for matrix calculations.

Yes, but that's a graphing calculator, which was what he was not looking for. Most graphing calculators support large matrixes, as far as I know.

The FX-5800P supports matrix calculations up to 10x10.

Thanks for the response guys, but is there a non graphical and non programmable calculator than can do at least 4x4 matrix? The reason i'm asking is because my school does not allow them  but the subject i'm taking requires calculation of 4x4 matrix  My 991es can only do 3x3 matrix but i've heard that 991es can do that? Scroll down to see comment  Is there other brand of scientific calculator that has this capability?

The FX-5500L(A) supports 5x5 matrices but it's pretty old. The only newer non-programmable with more than 3x3 matrix support that I know is the SHARP EL-W506X (max. 4x4).

Wow! Your not allowed to have a graphing calc! I'd find a new school if I were you!
