Some of my friends have the Casio Algebra FX 2.0 Plus ( older model) But they have a menu with Cas (Computer Algebra Systems)

Shouldn't the New and better ClassPad 300 PLUS not also have one? if so how do I use it?

If anyone can help me, I'm will be most gratefull!

In fact, Classpad's CAS is an evolution of the AFX CAS. Well, see your users guide, there is a chapter regarding symbolic calculations

there is not such specific menu on the calc. the CAS functions can be called from all the apps of the calc.
In the main app, the menu "action" lists almost all CAS functions divided by input types (ie matrix operations, vector, equation etc).

read your users guide!, the proper usage of the CAS is a way long topic to be explained by a single person here. "using the main application" is for sure one of the chapters of the PDF manual
