Cable for AFX

Hi everyone around the world.
I bought my AFX 2.0+ in 2002. There is just a 3 pin cable. There are alot of software and program in the Internet, but they required other cable type. I have tried to find it around Hochiminh city, the large city of Vietnam, but there was no store sell the cable. :(
Therefore, I would like to know whether you can buy me one, and send it to me. I will send you money first ( include price of cable and shipping ). Please reply if you can help me. I know it may take your time.

really, i didnt know that there were multiple types of cables for the AFX...

The same situation i lived! But i learn with some forum members help that you dont need any electronics knowledge for make your own interface. Watch in http://casiofortissimo.earthforge.com , its the andy davies site, and he have a design for that cable. I can guide you for make your own interface if you want. I can send you some photos (by my site) of how to make that interface and how to use it with any risk of damage for you calculator (specially the first time you will use it).

He ment that the calc->calc cable was included and he needs a calc -> PC cable!

Well I could do this for you but shippings is quite expensive from here and you'd have to pay before i'd send it to you.
I also don't know how you can pay money to sb. in germany !??!

Totally agree with andy. Also you can build it in a project table (i dont know their real name, there is a little table called here protoboard, and its easy for use). I will have a friend web cam so i can show you designs, components etc...

protoboard = breadboard = matrixboard. in the UK, they are generally called breadboard or protoboard

erm, back to the topic..
Our club had a funny way of getting the PC-Casio cable. We simply mailed Casio and asked for one, for fun. The next day, we got a reply from them, asking for our adress, and they would send us the cable. Maybe thats the first thing to try, to avoid spending excess money. :D

Or are we just some lucky geeks, catching the superior in a lucky moment when he realized sales have gone up by 75%? :P
