I recieved an e-mail the the Web Ring has been abandoned, I'd like to discuss what we should do about it, should it be adopted, or should we let it die and possibly make another?

i don't see point in the webring.

If we do a REAL link exchange this will be better.
I don't like thoose things since they tend to die fast
while links won't die away

erm...i have already clicked the 'adopt' link, so if i become ring master, it would hopefully become more active

I never really liked it, but if we set up something based from the UCF it would be good, after all, it is a network.

I went ahead an clicked adopt (just in case), we can either take it down or mabey improve it, but if i get it (and we keep it up) i'll hand it off to the best person since i have way to much to do anyway.

i am the new ring master, if everyone wants it deleted, i will, but only after a poll. i will upload a new webring image whan i get home

i dunno, if 2072 makes a webring on the UCF, then i will delete the ring

really... I guess it finally clicked sometime this week, i checked last friday and it was still saying i didnt have the code

it would be nice if you could make the location and colors of the code more variable... its always been a pain to have it on the main page (and it clashes horribly)

i can change the colors of the box that appears on your page, but i can only make it a universal change, it has to be the same for everyone

make it transparent so that we can coustomize it ourselves.

ive removed all instances where the color is set, that should allow each site to fully customize it while still having the basic look. i also gave it no border, that way people can just put it in a table if they want it to have a border.

give that a try and tell me if it works

excelent! look how cool it looks now! Now i can display it proudly instead of hiding it far down on the page and using a absolute positioned graphic to hide it (hehe... )
