Hi there!
My AFX 2.0 has ome problems. Sometimes it just crashes. After a 'restart' it shows the message: 'Data Error 20. Please consult users manual'. The Number of the Data Error is switching. I already tried to rest it, even in the test-mode. But there is no change. Seems like the Memory is broken.
Anyway, i want to try to reset the OS. Is there a way to do it?
Are there so alternative operating systems?

In my faulty Polish manual there is no explaination of those error codes.
But from my experience errors 20,40 and 60 occur when first 128Kb of Flash Disk (generally A:) contains invalid data (other than those in ROM). Those errors may be more general, I just say when *I* was able to trigger them.
If, as you said, those errors occur randomly then something may be wrong with the hardware so I suggest you go to a nearest Casio service.
But If this errors occur when your are using a specific unofficial add-in (game/prog) then probably this prog messes with memory and your calc's hardware is ok.
Resetting:
1. those in the system menu (especially those clearing flash)
2. some options in ZX945 TEST MODE - like those for checking flash
3. the "p" button at the back of the calc
-- probably never needed:
4. removing batteries for some time (backup battery too)
Currently there are no alternative operating systems, anyway they won't be able to magically fix your flash.
