Not quite finished with it yet, but it is suppose to be a sort of combat simulator, built up around the basic combat system of Final Fantasy. Actually, i think it's more or less like a cheap FF-clone, just no story, only combat. Anyways, i've added a few screenies below (if it works), and i'll re-post a beta of the game soonish.

...Actually, the wicked forum didn't take my direct url's, so i'm just gonna post links to pictures.

thanks for positive response :D

And to answer Bob Vila's question, the program is currently at 20kB + usage of ~600 bytes Mat, and one picture file. So basically, it will consume 99% of your calc :D
Though i'm working on cleaning and shortening now. Hopefully, it will go down to about 18kB

duh
i ALWAYS make picture create-programs along with my games. In other words, as soon as you've installed all the program files on your cfx, the program handles the rest itself. You may f**k up the picture file as much as you want, as the program re-draws the picture everytime you startup the game.

I applaud you, every programmer should do that, it makes games compatible between calcs as well as playable without a cable :)

cool, the UCF has become into a AFX/CLASSPAD forum, but at least there are still a few CFX games that are being created.

i'm looking forward to your game.

Why do people even bother typing up such large games. Don't you see the code while you're typing and spoil the game? I can't even be bothered typing up my own games (you know, my cable's broken), one typo stuffs up the whole program and you could make heaps in a program that big!

Not exactly related to the game (or even calculators) but wouldn't it be great if there was a game made up entirely of bosses? I'm sure many agree that puzzles are boring and difficult and bosses are the highlight of any game.

And here's a really cool game idea: A Time Crisis/Xiao Xiao style shoot-em up, where the enemies appear on screen and you shoot them (like Whack-It, only more complicated).
