hey

i dunno about other ppl but i have finally found an emulator for the CFX and Algebra range calculators.

i downloaded something from a link that andy.davies put up in another topic.
and when i used it, it worked!!

and its a heaps good idea whoever did it.
the site to download it is: http://users.pandora.be/gp/casio/

i highly recommend it

1 thing u need to do to see the text is...

copy the "casiofx.ttf" file to C:/windows/font folder so you can see the font in arial or something

enjoy

it is a good program, tho the AFx transmition protocal is a bit dodgey. The coloured code highlighting is brillian to :) helps me find my mistakes ;)

it depens, dont save a .FXI file, that will cause it to crash, and if it wont load up, you have tpo delete a file called storage.dat, it contains all your programs tho, so make sure you export them regularly.

well, for me the sorage.dat is corrupt from time to time
and it even crashes sometimes.

And btw. the Emulator has some errors when it comes to if then else
statements. It sometimes executes things it shouldn't and some-
times it doesn't execute things it should :blah: :hammer:

yeah, there was another version planned, but the bloke who is making it isnt replying, or reciveing emails. There is also a mistake it that PxlChg dosent work :nonono: it only switches On pixels. It has the potential to be the best Casio Basic program ever.

Quick question, are you from the UK?

The word "bloody" always reminds me of Ron Weasely & Uncle Vernon in the Harry Potter series.
