CALiPSO Add-In Packager v2.30 is now up in the file sharing.

Notable new stuff:

- slimmer and more intuitive interface
- will now package RXE's for you - which was also the main reason for releasing this

I've already found a bug, the 'Files Linked' list doesnt get updated so don't be alarmed if nothing shows up in it lol ... but it doesn't impact the operation of the program so theres no harm in it.
