This is the game i presented to the UCF competition
it has finished second (see http://www.casiocalc...004results.txt)

-we can play p to 4 players on the same calc
-link mode
-AI
-the game can be saved at the end of a trick

it's only an BW game (i'm not good at making grapisms !)

I'll try to add some new things later (with the comments made by the UCF judges)

Really addictive game, every one should give it a try! :D
BTW Competitors should add a screen stating what place they got in the UCN competition.

The game you'd release in public MUST have the "2004 UCF Competition" title with the ranking if it's a winner, so all of you shall prepare the title in your games, so that adding the ranking should be easy if it wins.
Just make sure that the title appears in an obvious place.

"Hearts" in Poland change rules for each round:
#1 round: for each taken hand -20pts.
#2 round: for each taken heart -20 pts.
#3 round: for each taken queen -60pts.
#4 round: for each taken man (king or jack) -30pts.
#5 round: for taking king of hearts -150pts.
#6 round: for taking 7th or the last hand: -75pts (each)
#7 round: all rules #1-#6 apply at once :)
In 2,5,7 you cannot start with hearts if you've got other colours.
Game ends after 7 rounds.
I think that implementing this (including AI) wouldn't be much problem.

Maybe this will give you some ideas.

Sometimes there is also an extra rule (in standard, not Polish, rules): jack of diamonds gives -10 points. I think that it makes the game more playable :) You can add it to options, if you find it fine...

version 1.10 available (on the File Sharing)
i've changed some little things, following the judges' comments

here they are :
_F6 used instead of EXE (EXE is only used when you must give a name)
_help available : there is an option in setup which allow user to have help (for example when you want to play a card you can't play)
_When you press ESC or MENU, you can choose to return to MENU
_During the game (when you must select cards), you can see the players' points during the turn (press 8) or scores during the game (press 7)
_You can also see the cards taken by each player (press F2 to see the clubs,F3 to see the diamonds,F4 to see the spades, F5 to see the hearts)

I'll probably add new rules later ...

any other comments ?
