hmm, i found the patents for the old casio graphic calcs, the ones with the 96*63 display i think.
Anyway, the describe a little about the registers and graphing procedures so may be usefull to hackerz if they havnt already found it:

But unfortunatly they dont tell anything about the cpu type which has been kept secret wif casio.
