who test and evaluate the programs?....if a contest go forward..the evaluation team may be objective and fast

I'd do that it's just so hard to keep coming up with new ideas... most things have already been done.

Heh, I just came up with a brand new development revolution in gaming for the 9860.. It may not be that impressive, but if fine tuned and optimized, im sure it may impress. Further updates soon!
