1. Go into PRGM.
2. Press F3 for new Program.
3. When it asks for Program Name, press these buttons in any random order rapidly:
![[,]](/dot/public/style_emoticons/default/,.jpg)

![[->]](/dot/public/style_emoticons/default/arrow.jpg)

This process is tricky to achieve. I don't know why CASIO had made it so hard, but it takes practice. If you don't get it on first try, repeat the process again. I'm afraid I can't tell the correct order of the keys for the key sequence, but these keys do bring you to the TEST function.

Bonjour is ALWAYS spelled with OU. bonjur is a mistake.Check this out:
Font/Lang Check -> Popup test -> [1..6]
1 : "Bonjur!"
2 : "Soyez les bienvenus ? Tokyo"
Can anyone translate the French text, please?
Btw, isn't "Bonjour" usually written with "ou" ?![]()
Also funny: "Valiable Manager"
(Should be "Variable", right?)
2 : "Soyez les bienvenus ? Tokyo" : You are welcome to Tokyo

Valiable : Japanese confuse easily R an L (same for Koreans, by the way)
The Kidou Protect : A mode to protect your calculator against any dammage your kid (or any unfriendly person) can do ? But if you don't have a SD card ? How do you set the time ? (This would be great : a temporary protection !)
I noticed that in the valiable manager, you don't have always acces to the functions especially after you pressed CAPA once, presing the f1~f6 keys wouldn't do anything. To get it back, press

and you're back.

Hence : Kid protection : to prevent your kids (or a classmate) from messing around in your calc...
You can see that only vital menus are prohibited with the kidou protect...
But this is still speculation from my part.

After checking several online japanese dictionnaries, Kosuu might mean number, amount :
Input File Kosuu : Input number of files ?

Also in the Reverse Assembling 9860 thread, there is also another type of TEST menu: http://www.casiocalc...a...p;p=36032

This is the Auto Calc option from the SpreadSheet mode. Check your manual the page just before section 1-8-1.The SETUP function in Font/Lang Check, is similar to the SET UP function, but provides a lot more options like Date Mode, Answer Type, Auto Calc (don't know what that does), etc.

Actually, the Setup function from the test mode gives access to ALL the setup for ALL the modes in one screen.
