Is the competition open to non-France residents? I couldn't find the answer to my question on the website

If English programs are allowed then where is the English support?!
So if you want that non-French speaking people take part in the competition you first have to make a translation of the rules, please.
The suport is right there... there's an option to change the text to english... and if you want to ask something I am quite sure that most of the people from jeuxcasio speak english well enough to understand you, so you can email them at will...

No, since this is a casio programming contest for the FX-9860
since your computer is not even a calculator, let alone a casio or even a 9860 you can NOT send in programs.
