Hello Mr.Mehdad! Welcome to the forum! :D Maybe you need to update your OS or get a new calc. Could you please further explain your problem? Such as what are you trying to do on your calculator when it crashes?

hi, i think you must go to your casio retailer.....maybe they could help you....
or try this:
1) push reset button on calc back or....
2) try pressing a/b/c F6 and ac/on keys all at the same time (when your calc is off )
then a test menu appears, choose option reset, then reset all memories...or
3) in the same menu try the testing rom, ram, flash.
if you have still having problems, ask to 2072 or marko (or other forum administrators).....
maybe they could help you ^_^
have a nice day

You could also try taking the batteries out, putting them back in again
and then press reset button.

Removing the baterries is worth a try if resetting memories doesn't help. But don't forget to remove the backup battery as well, and leave the calc without baterries for some time (half an hour maybe)...
