I have have a number of problems with getting a program from my computer to my 7400g plus.

I've got to the point where I know I'm using the right com port as when I press the send button on the computer the calculator screen goes blank and requires either a wait, or a reset.

Is the cable that I've found not the right one? or could there be something else. I just can't seem to get the computer to talk to the calculator. I've tried using 2 different programs FA-123 and FX-Interface.

Any idea?
