I hav problem solving equations that involvs the summary sign. Everyway I do it I gets syntax error.

Dude...you would be wrong because one of the following:

1- You need to solve a sum and you think that do it symbolic, and you need to solve about a particular variable involved on the sum.. wrong, these calcs perform numeric (no algebraic) sums
2- Your calc dosen't solve the sum (that must return a number) on the solver, a solution, store the sum in a variable

if you're talking about sumatory (greek sigma)..
