i have a Casio cfx9850gb+ the new design and I am having problems with the FA123 program.

I cannot load a backup file onto my calc. this file was made with my old cfx9850gb+. I can send the backup from the old back to the old, but when I try to send it to the new, I get "Data attribution error"

unpatched FA123
MAX232 based cable (works fine)
Win 98
Calculator connected to COM1
AMD Duron 900Mhz
128MB RAM
