Hi,
So far I have been able to install add in apllications fine until I tried to install some new ones tonight, only to discover that as soon as I click ok to install the add in app, the 'communicating by usb port' message flashes then 'terminate!' almost immediately comes up. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there a way around it? Thanks in advance for any help.

Are you sure your conection setup in comunication ADD-in (in your CP not PC) is correct?
If you didn't see this:
Current Setting:
USB cable
Wakeup enabled
Go to Setup in Upper bar, Then change Cable type to: USB cable
