Ok, after searching the forums, i didn't find any topic on how to get into complex mode with Fx-95ms.

So to get into Complex/Base mode, follow these steps:

1. Go into SD mode

2. Press 9 and keep hitting the M+ key until it says "Data Full"(should be at about n=80)

3. Press "=" and "2"(ESC)

4. Press the up arrow and type "13" repetitively until the numbers stop moving then press "="

5. This time when the option for "EditOFF" and "ESC" comes up, press "0" then "1"(pressing 0 is important)

6. Now press "mode" and there you have it.

7. For Base mode, press "mode" again.
